Personal Training

It is not about how hard your work, but rather how smart your work. Venice Fit Co. will design a custom workout program that will allow you to reach your goals in the most effective and efficient manner possible.


What to Expect

Once you have completed the initial consultation and we have created your roadmap, your information will be reviewed by each member of your wellness team. The team will discuss the best possible way to help you reach your goals and then help you execute it.  

The Workouts

Safety is always first! This means that we will first address any injuries, weaknesses or imbalances that need to be corrected before we can properly take you through a fitness program.

Once we have brought your body to a healthy, balanced state, we will then take you through a number of stages of training; each one will build off the last one in order to help you reach your goals. If you are working with other Venice Fit Co. professional team members, your program will be communicated amongst them.

Nutrition.

In order for you to see results, a proper diet must be followed.  As a part of your roadmap, you will receive a custom meal plan that will help you reach your goals.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle or improve athletic performance, nutrition plays a huge role.  You are what you eat.

Online Coaching

Can't work with Adam in person? The next best thing is online training with Adam personally!

  • Online intake: You will complete an online intake form. You will then receive a custom assessment review from Adam that will include recommendations to help you reach your goals along with a

VFC Bootcamp

Are you ready to experience Venice's best total body workout? 

This 60 minute equipment free workout will have your heart pounding, muscles burning and sweat dripping from your entire body! 

Instructed by CEO, Founder and Celebrity Trainer Adam Rosenthal. 


 

COST: $20 cash*

*Bootcamp attendees must post a photo to their social media (Instagram) with hashtag #venicefitco and tag @venicefitco following the workout.

- OR -

*Bring a **friend that has not yet participated in a VFC bootcamp.

**Each person you bring will be charged $20. 

 

COST: $30 cash

If you do not wish to participate in one of the two promotions to the left, the cost is $30 per session.

Sports Conditioning

Whether you are a professional athlete, collegiate hopeful or a weekend warrior, it is your goal to perform at your maximum potential. We can get you there. Venice Fit Co. has sports conditioning specialists that come from collegiate and professional backgrounds. In order to teach someone a skill, we find that the best way to do this is by having clients work with trainers who have first hand experience playing at a high level.
